Associate Professor Kohei Morishita and his group presented “Relationship between Initial Crystallization Rate and Growth Rate in Rapid Solidification of Al-Cu Alloys” at the 2023 Joint Conference of the Kyushu Branch of the Iron and Steel Institute of Japan, the Kyushu Branch of the Japan Institute of Metals, and the Kyushu Branch of the Japan Institute of Light Metals.He received an award for excellence in oral presentation.
